Apotea reports on July 17. After its strongest margin quarter ever, the question is whether 28.3% gross margin was structural or seasonal — and the answer shapes the whole investment case.

Apotea reports Q2 2026 results on July 17.

Sweden’s dominant online pharmacy delivered its strongest quarterly margins ever in Q1 — EBITDA at 8.0 percent, gross margin at 28.3 percent — and the stock jumped roughly 12 percent on that print, from SEK 67 to SEK 75, where it has traded sideways since.

Q2 is a harder test: summer seasonality is softer, Easter timing creates noise in the year-on-year comparison, and Varberg depreciation continues to run at around SEK 54 million per quarter.

Consensus est. Q2 2026

Actual Q2 2025

Actual Q1 2026

Revenue

~1,880 MSEK

1,826 MSEK

1,937 MSEK

EBIT (operating profit)

~88–95 MSEK

93 MSEK

101 MSEK

EPS (earnings per share)

~0.68–0.72 SEK

0.69 SEK

0.76 SEK

The number watch most closely is gross margin. If it holds above 27.5 percent, Q1 wasn’t a campaign fluke — it was the Varberg automation starting to earn its keep.

Below that, questions will return about whether the margin story is real or manufactured quarter to quarter.

Going into this print, I think expectations are reasonably calibrated. The stock isn’t pricing in a blowout — at SEK 75 and roughly 33x trailing earnings, investors are paying for steady compounding, not fireworks.

A clean quarter at 5 percent EBIT and 9 to 10 percent revenue growth would be enough to hold the current level.

The risk is a gross margin miss combined with any commentary that Varberg scaling is slower than hoped.

DSV — Q2 Preview: Investors Want Proof the Margin Squeeze Is Ending

DSV reports its H1 2026 results on Wednesday, July 22, with the market watching one number above all: whether the conversion ratio, which collapsed from 35 to 26 percent in Q1, finally turns up.

DSV reports its H1 2026 results on Wednesday, July 22, before the market open.

The Danish company became the world’s largest freight forwarder after absorbing DB Schenker in April 2025, and this is the first quarter where Schenker sits fully inside both this year’s and last year’s comparison base — no more mechanical growth from partial-quarter consolidation.

What the market is really pricing ahead of the print is whether the conversion ratio, EBIT as a share of gross profit, finally turns up after collapsing from 35 to 26 percent in Q1.

Consensus est. Q2 2026

Actual Q1 2026

Actual Q2 2025

Revenue

~72–75bn DKK (estimate, no single named consensus figure available)

70,416m DKK

61,980m DKK

EBIT

~5.3–5.7bn DKK (implied from FY guidance and sell-side commentary)

4,855m DKK

4,725m DKK

EPS

Not available from public sources checked

6.80 DKK (reported)

~10 DKK (reported, est.)

Bank of America expects a sequential step-up in both gross profit and EBIT on tighter air and ocean cargo markets, while JPMorgan trimmed its target price ahead of the print, flagging a “nuanced quarter.”

On the Q1 call, management pointed to headcount reduction and country-by-country integration progress as the real drivers of the Q2 recovery analysts are underwriting — not yet fully visible in the numbers.

The number to watch is the conversion ratio, because a bounce there is the first hard evidence that Schenker’s cost base is being tamed rather than carried.

DSV shares have moved from around DKK 1,600 at the last print to roughly DKK 1,646 as of July 7 — up about 3 percent, a quiet drift rather than a conviction move.

Going into this print, I think the market has priced in a “good enough” quarter but not much more; a clear margin inflection would justify the stock re-rating toward consensus targets near DKK 2,000, while a repeat of Q1’s cost surprises would test the DKK 1,540–1,620 support zone that’s held since spring.

Balder reports Q2 2026 on July 14. New CEO Sharam Rahi faces his first real test: can he show the market that leverage is finally turning the corner now that Norion Bank is off the balance sheet?

Fastighets AB Balder, the Gothenburg-based Nordic property group with a SEK 236 billion portfolio across six countries, reports Q2 2026 results on July 14, 2026 (exact time to be confirmed on balder.se).

The dominant question heading into the print is whether new CEO Sharam Rahi — who took over from founder Erik Selin — can show that leverage is actually turning the corner now that the Norion Bank stake has left the balance sheet.

Q1 2026 delivered SEK 3,460m in rental income and SEK 1.14 per share in profit from property management, down from SEK 1.30 a year earlier — though up 3 percent once Norion’s now-discontinued contribution is stripped from the comparison.

A year ago, Q2 2025 brought SEK 3,408m in rental income and SEK 1,733m in total profit from property management. The number I’m watching most closely is Net debt/EBITDA, which stood at 12.4 times on a rolling basis in Q1 — above the company’s own 11 times target — because that’s the figure the market will use to judge whether the Norion exit actually helped.

Consensus est. Q2 2026

Actual Q1 2026

Actual Q2 2025

Rental income

Not disclosed in sources reviewed

SEK 3,460m

SEK 3,408m

Profit from property management

Not disclosed in sources reviewed

SEK 1,450m

SEK 1,733m

Profit from prop. mgmt/share (parent)

Not disclosed in sources reviewed

SEK 1.14

Not disclosed in sources reviewed

Balder shares closed at SEK 55.60 on the last report day and trade around SEK 54.40 today — down roughly 2 percent, largely explained by the May 11 ex-dividend adjustment for the Norion Bank distribution, which removed close to SEK 4 per share of book value from the balance sheet.

Sell-side targets issued right after Q1 range from Pareto’s cautious SEK 61 (Hold) to Handelsbanken’s more constructive SEK 73 (Buy), with SB1 Markets at SEK 70 (Buy) and Nordea at SEK 65 (Buy).

Going into this print, I think the market is still underestimating how much cleaner Balder’s balance sheet story gets once the Norion noise is fully out of the numbers — but Rahi’s tone on the call will matter almost as much as the figures themselves.

Lifco — Q2 Preview: The organic growth deceleration meets a segment reshuffle

Lifco reports Q2 2026 results on July 14, with the market watching whether Q1's organic growth slowdown has bottomed out.

Lifco reports second-quarter 2026 results on Tuesday, July 14.

The Swedish serial acquirer buys and holds profitable niche manufacturers across dental products, demolition equipment, and industrial systems, building steady earnings growth out of dozens of small deals rather than one big story.

The dominant question heading into this print is whether the sharp organic growth slowdown that showed up in Q1 – down to just 1.2 percent from 4.2 percent for full-year 2025 – has bottomed out, particularly in the weak Demolition & Tools segment, just as the group debuts its new five-segment reporting structure.

Consensus est. Q2 2026

Actual Q1 2026

Actual Q2 2025

Revenue

SEK 7,522m (SB1 est.)

SEK 7,186m

SEK 6,940m

EBITA

~SEK 1,660m, 22.1% margin (SB1 est.)

SEK 1,588m

SEK 1,562m

EPS

N/A

SEK 1.98

N/A

Sell-side estimates from SB1 point to revenue of roughly SEK 7,522 million and an EBITA margin of 22.1 percent, both below broader consensus, largely on cautious Demolition & Tools assumptions.

That compares with SEK 7,186 million and SEK 1,588 million EBITA in Q1, and SEK 6,940 million and SEK 1,562 million EBITA in last year’s Q2, when Lifco missed estimates and the stock dropped roughly 9 percent.

The number I’m watching most closely is organic growth, because a further slide there would suggest the deceleration is structural rather than a one-segment problem.

Shares have climbed about 11 percent since the Q1 report, from around SEK 296 to roughly SEK 328, even as analysts diverge sharply —

Goldman Sachs cut its target to a neutral SEK 335 in June while Handelsbanken raised its buy-rated target to SEK 430 on July 1.

Going into this print, I think the rally has gotten a bit ahead of confirmed evidence that organic growth is stabilizing.
