DSV CEO Also Buys Shares, Days After CFO’s Post-Earnings Purchase
DSV Group CEO Jens H. Lund bought 3,514 shares at DKK 1,393.57 on July 28, spending roughly DKK 4.9 million, according to a company filing.
The purchase came at an even lower price than CFO Michael Ebbe’s DKK 1,405.30 buy five days earlier, suggesting the stock has continued drifting lower since the post-earnings plunge rather than stabilizing.
Lund’s purchase follows the same pattern as Ebbe’s: both executives sold shares via option exercises in February at considerably higher prices, Lund at DKK 1,850.58 and Ebbe at DKK 1,830.58, and are now buying back in at levels roughly 25 percent lower.
With DSV’s CEO and CFO both stepping into the market within a week of each other, insider buying now looks less like a one-off signal and more like a coordinated statement of confidence following the stock’s post-earnings sell-off.
